PROTOTYPING
Refined Manufacturing utilizes advanced 5-axis mill turn machining centers capable of achieving tight tolerances, and GD&T requirements. We are able to pass on savings by reducing setup times and material costs to our Customers. We also have capabilities in a variety of 3D printing technology, 3D scanning, and reverse engineering expertise.

MANUFACTURING
With over 13,000 square feet of manufacturing space, Refined Manufacturing continues to add machine technology to improve our capabilities and add value to our Customers. We utilize 5S principles as well as lean manufacturing initiatives to align our technology in a way that provides maximum efficiency, reducing machine downtime. Automated 5-axis production as well as advanced work holding and fixturing leads to significant capacity gains over our competitors.

ENGINEERING
With our extensive experience in R&D, DFM, and design we work with Clients to achieve their goals and maintain intellectual property protection throughout development. Capabilities include advanced SolidWorks modeling, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), and the sourcing of special secondary finishing operations.

INSPECTION
Our precision machine shop utilizes meticulous measurement inspection technology using calibrated and controlled metrology tools to ensure quality and repeatability. We also employ programmable vision systems, scanning CMM technology with our local partners and suppliers.

MANAGEMENT
We manage every aspect of our front office and shop floor using our paperless ERP system. We return quotes for prototypes and short-run production work within 48 hours. We are a transparent Company and will share our costing with our Customers during the bidding process.
